The Degrees are 1. Diploma Degree 2. Bachelor's Degree 3. Master's Degree 4. Doctoral Degree
Semester Offer 1. First Semester: 16th July to 30th September. 2. Second Semester: 16th October to 23rd December. 3. Third Semester: 8th January to 24th March.
Requirements for Bachelor's Program A. Academic 1. At least 12 years of education (HSC equivalent).
B. Language Proficiency 1. Indian Universities do not insist for TOEFL/IELTS. However, since the academic programs are taught in English, proficiency in English is a must. You should have studied for qualifying examination in English or English should have been one of the subjects. 2.All Indian Institute of Technology's admission exam are made through JEE. For Bachelor's degree admission student must allow the exam.
C. Course Length 1. Diploma Degree: Approximately 3 years of full time study. 2. Bachelor Degree: Approximately 3 to 5 years of full time study, depends on subjects.
Requirements for Master's Program A. Academic 1. At least 16 years of education (Bachelor’s Degree equivalent).
B. Language Proficiency 1. If TOEFL/IELTS score is available that is better for admission & sent that documents with application. Indian Universities do not insist for TOEFL/IELTS. However, since the academic programs are taught in English, proficiency in English is a must. 2. M.Tech / Ph.D. and other post-graduate degrees admissions are made based on academic performance.
C. Course Length 1. Master Degree: Approximately 1 to 3 years of full time study. 2. Doctoral Degree: Approximately 2 to 3 years of full time study. These degrees are awarded on the basis of the thesis submitted by the candidate.

Expenses A. Tuition Fees in US$ 1. Student (SAARC Countries) has to pay one time Foreign students Registration Fee of US $ 150 for undergraduate, US $ 200 for Postgraduate courses and US $ 250 for courses leading to research work. 2. Student is required to pay US $ 50 per year to the College/Department/Faculty in which he/she is admitted. 3. Tuition Fees US $ 2000 per annum.
B. Living & Other Expense in US$ 1. Food, cloth, transport, travel & other cost approx. US$150 to US$200 per month. |
C. Accommodation Expense in US$ 1.Halls of residence or student hostels: Cost: around $50 per month. 2. Home stay or private board: Cost: around $100 per month.
D. Health Insurance 1. If students require, the institute will help the students to get a medical insurance cover. It is always advisable to get a medical insurance cover.
Other Information A. Working in India 1. Foreign students should not count on obtaining work in India for covering their expenses while studying. 2. In fact part-time employment during the academic session is almost impossible to find. 3. Students coming to India should have enough money to cover all the expenses.
B. How to Apply to The University 1. Check with the departments to see if there is a closing date for your application. 2. You should write directly to the Institution's Admission Office or Educational Consultants India Limited (Ed.CIL) for detailed application information and forms. 3. You can also download application form from university website. 4. Some universities have an on-line application facility. 5. Admission Office will inform you about the documentation, translation, and visa requirements. 6. You should start at least two or three months in advance to compile the necessary information and documentation. 7. Educational Consultants India Limited (Ed.CIL) will be inform you the status of your application after submission.
C. Supporting Documents 1. Completed Application Form. 2. Attach attested copies of your certificates of the qualifying examination. 3.Two copies of passport size photograph. 4. Copy of valid passport. 5. Application fee payment document. 6.Enclose a non-refundable processing fee/registration fee - through a demand draft drawn in favor of "Educational Consultants India Ltd." payable at New Delhi. 7. Medical report.
D. Credit Transfer Facility 1. Students may apply for credit transfer program at undergraduate or postgraduate level in India. 2. The maximum amount of credit that may be granted normally is not greater than 50% of the course. 3. Most of the Indian Universities consider minimum "B" grade for acceptance. 4. You have to submit the following documents to your target university: a. Your application form for the Undergraduate or Postgraduate coursework program. b. Official copies of your academic transcript. c. Also include an official letter from head of the school/department of your university, from where you have already completed the courses. d. Detailed course outlines (Official Copy) including subject descriptions, methods of teaching and assessment, reading lists, number of hours of teaching etc. e. The academic level you are studying (e.g. First Year, Second Year etc.). f. How many credits you have completed. g. An explanation of the grading system used at your institution. h. Information on the total units of study requirement ( i.e. how many credits are required) for the completion of the degree.
