Visa fees:

No fee requires for Bangladeshi Nationals.

Photography specification:

1. Photos should be taken within 6 months( Size 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm ).

The photograph should be:

a. Taken against a light coloured.

b. Clear and of good quality and not framed or bracked.

Applicants should provide the following documents:

1.Student visa application form, completed and signed by the applicant.

2. Visa Application form (obtained from the Embassy gate).

3. Valid Passport.

4. A separate passport is required for a child.

5. Old Passport(s) (If any).

6. Two Photos ( Size 3.5 X 4.5 cm ).

7.Photos should be taken within 6 months.

8. Original Academic Certificates:

a. SSC to Higher degree, Admit card & Testimonial of all examinations.

b. Bangla or English version of all certificates is acceptable.

9. Acceptance Letter from School in Japan.

10. Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Ministry of Justice in Japan.

11. Reason to Study in Japan.

How to obtain Japanese Visa

1. The form is distributed on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 11:30 am and 01:00 pm except Embassy's Holidays.

2. All applicants require to bring their passport to obtain the form, namely, one form will be given for each passport.

3. The applications are accepted Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 11:30 am and 01:00 pm except the Embassy Holidays.

4. Application form together with all other require documents should be handed to the officer.

5. A receipt will be given and the interview date will be mentioned in it.

6. Information on the procedure is also written in it, please read it carefully.

7. you must contact the Embassy for inquiring if you are required any further documents for the interview ( between 15:00 and 16:45 on the day you submitted your application ).

8. Interview is take place on the day you are appointed between 09:30 am and 11:30 am. (If you are not come for interview on the appointed day, you may come to another day after the appointed date.

9.  All required documents must be submitted at the time of interview.

10. Delivery of Visa is scheduled on the following working day.
